We are greatly appreciative of your support throughout the issues we had experienced the past few months. We have recognized these issues and we are now taking a more proactive approach to customer service & shipping updates. Meaning that communication between our team and you will be more responsive and frequent between placing your order and recieving it. Part of this initiative was becoming premade, we now sell products that have already been produced and are ready to ship to reduce waiting times.

Shipping Times

Worldwide shipping available. All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. International customers from select countries have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout. If you do not choose to prepay these duties and taxes or you do not have the option at checkout, you will likely be subject to pay upon importing into your country which is out of our control.

Premade: All items that are prepared for shipment at our warehouse will be shipped out within 5 business days, if any issues occur within shipment please reach out to us here: Support@dart-dist.com.

Preorder: Items that are made to order will take 4-6 for production, and an additional 1-2 weeks for packaging and shipping. If any issues occur within shipment please reach out to us here: Support@dart-dist.com.

*All shipping times are estimates and not absolutes, refunds and exchanges may only be processed after the product has been received unless under other circumstances ex: stolen, lost or past due delivery times.
