Return / Exchange Policy
Refunds will be upheld within 14 days of receiving your order, start the process by emailing: support@dart-dist.com. Exchanges may be accepted depending on inventory availability within 14 days of receiving your order, in the case of inventory depletion a full refund will be processed.

Shipping Rates
Worldwide shipping available. All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. International customers from select countries have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout. If you do not choose to prepay these duties and taxes or you do not have the option at checkout, you will likely be subject to pay upon importing into your country which is out of our control.
*All shipping times are estimates and not absolutes, refunds and exchanges may only be processed after the product has been received, unless under other circumstances ex: stolen, lost or past due delivery times.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 days to process pre-made orders. Please see product description for any pre-order products their shipping times. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped for domestic orders and an additional 10-15 days for international orders.*
Dart Dist and its partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.
